Begin Your Journey
The Demidov Pathway offers a journey into a different way of approaching acting — one that moves away from control and towards freedom, spontaneity and trust in the actor’s creative nature. Whether you are encountering the work for the first time, or continuing a long-term exploration, our courses provide opportunities to experience, deepen, and develop your relationship with the Demidov School of Acting. From introductory intensives to immersive, longer-term training and specialist courses, each stage offers a deeper exploration of the work and a pathway towards greater artistic freedom and creative independence.
Intensives
Short courses offering an ideal introduction to the Demidov work, as well as opportunities for more experienced actors to continue deepening their practice.
Three Month Immersions
A deeper exploration of the Foundations of the Demidov curriculum. These three month immersive courses are the essential prerequisite for further Demidov training with our studio.
Specialist courses & RETREATS
A deeper exploration of character, circumstances and the world of the play through Demidov’s approach, allowing life to emerge freely and spontaneously. For actors who have completed a Character & Scene Study Immersion.
ONLINE COURSES
Online courses offer an ideal introduction to the Demidov work, as well as opportunities for actors familiar with the approach to explore their practice more deeply, wherever they are in the world.
